It is not too late for Community Health Centers to participate in the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) FY 2025 Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) Cooperative Agreement. OSIS welcomes health centers throughout the funding cycle.

The purpose of this funding is for HCCNs to support health centers in leveraging health information technology (IT) and data to deliver high-quality, culturally competent, equitable, and comprehensive primary health care, with new goals areas consisting of:

- Data Management and Analytics
- Interoperability and Data Sharing
- Data Modernization
- Strengthening Cybersecurity Support
- Health Related Social Needs
The funding will cover the period of August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2028.
